Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Requests:
Clients who wish to cancel their engagement with Coonsult must submit a cancellation request in writing.
This can be done via email or through our official communication channels.
The request should include the client’s name, contact information, and a clear statement indicating the intention to cancel the engagement.
Cancellation Fees:
a. Cancellation made within 24 hours of payment: No cancellation fees will be charged.
b. Cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled engagement: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total agreed-upon price will be charged.
c. Cancellation made within 72 hours of the scheduled engagement: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total agreed-upon price will be charged.
d. Cancellation made beyond 72 hours of the scheduled engagement: No cancellation.
Refunds:
a. If a cancellation request is made and falls within the applicable cancellation period mentioned above, Coonsult will refund any payment made by the client, minus the applicable cancellation fee.
b. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation But insurance cannot be cancelled.
Rescheduling:
a. Clients who wish to reschedule their engagement with Coonsult may do so, subject to the availability of the agency and an agreement between both parties.
b. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled engagement may be subject to a rescheduling fee at the discretion of Coonsult.
Agency Cancellation:
a. In the rare event that Coonsult needs to cancel an engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, the agency will provide a full refund to the client and, if possible, offer an alternative date or time.
b. Coonsult will make reasonable efforts to notify the client as early as possible in the event of agency-initiated cancellations.
Force Majeure:
Coonsult shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this cancellation policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government regulations.
